Great to meet you!

I’m a supportive, collaborative therapist who believes you are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen deeply, help you explore what you’re feeling, and support you in discovering your own strength and clarity. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect, process, and grow at your own pace. Rather than telling you what to do, I help you identify options and build confidence in the choices that feel right for you.

My approach to therapy

I work alongside you to explore patterns, emotions, and challenges while helping you identify your own strengths and options. I don’t believe in telling you what to do - instead, I help you gain clarity so you can make choices that feel right for you. Therapy with me is about building confidence, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to change or better understand, and what feels most important to focus on. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out - just come as you are. By the end of our time, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and clear about how we can move forward together.
