My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I believe therapy should feel supportive and human; while also helping you gain clarity and skills you can carry with you long after sessions end. My work began in correctional settings, where I became more interested in understanding behavior than punishing it. That experience deeply shaped my belief that people don’t need to be “fixed”—they need compassion, insight, and tools that make change feel possible. I have spent my career as a therapist since helping others learn knowledge of the "why," we do the things we do in order to than transform the why into goals to change!
