Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. With more than 35 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help adults work through anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and stress. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized because every person's story is unique. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients understand unhelpful patterns, heal from difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you create lasting change both in and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to change, and what support looks like for you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable. By the end of our conversation, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a plan for taking the next steps toward your goals.
