Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have extensive training in trauma and support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.

I will provide a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard and understood. Whether you are working through OCD, trauma, PTSD, BFRB's, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you do not have to take it alone. I would be honored to support you as you begin your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe every person’s story is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and pace.

In our work together, I focus on building trust and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted. I help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for healing, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, strengthen your confidence, and move toward meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out — we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood from the beginning. Together, we will begin identifying your goals, exploring the challenges you are facing, and creating a path forward that feels realistic and supportive. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a stronger sense of self, and the reassurance that they do not have to navigate life’s difficulties alone.
