Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Barbara Lee, a clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Texas. I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years and have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including, depression, anxiety, life transition issues, interpersonal/relationship difficulty, caregiver fatigue, career challenges as well as individuals recovering from a history of abuse.

My approach to therapy

My practice style is client-centered, supportive and strengths based. I love working with clients to develop solutions that center their values. My approach is non-judgmental and accepting of all of the different ways people identify and relate to one another. I am confident that I can help you through the difficulty you are experiencing right now. You’ve taken a very important first step and I’m looking forward to working with you!

What you can expect from me

Hopefully after our conversation, you have another way to see a situation and feel supported and confident in your ability to heal and/or grow in the ways that are needed. The goals I set depend on your strengths and the trust we establish.
