Great to meet you!

Welcome to your next chapter of growth! I am an LPC with certifications in autism, trauma and telemental health. I have degrees in psychology and counseling, and I work with adults of all ages going through life changes. I was a pioneer in the telehealth industry, having created one of the first therapy websites in the world with an encrypted chatroom in 1998 which was featured on Oprah’s network and in Glamour magazine. Today, I am honored to partner with Headway with a shared vision to expand accessibility to mental health services which are user-friendly with cutting-edge technology and quality care. .

My approach to therapy

To help you achieve your goals, I use a holistic approach integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered and solution-focused brief therapies. I also use neuroeducation to help you gain insight and self-awareness into your mind, its patterns and to help you unlock keys to positive changes. I am also passionate about providing neuroaffirmative care for people with autism, ADHD, TBIs and their families.

What you can expect from me

First, we’ll review your history, current needs and clarify attainable goals. Trust-building is an essential foundation of the therapeutic relationship, so you’ll find support and understanding as we build rapport. Together, we will identify your strengths, points of resilience and explore what needs to be done for you to get from Point A to Point B. Be prepared to gain insight and to take actionable steps towards change, for best results! .
