Great to meet you!

First off, Hello! I am an LCSW who has worked with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I've worked with a variety of clients from those who have been recently been in-patient, going through a life transition (i.e. divorce, grief, relocations), struggling with depression and/or anxiety, and who have experienced abuse and other traumas.

Choosing to be in counseling is an extraordinary act of self-discovery and self-love that I believe each person can benefit from.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative. I have information on how to make certain things more manageable, but you're the expert in your own life. I have been trained in multiple modalities. When we create a treatment plan together, I'm happy to share my plan and a roadmap to achieving your clinical goals.

What you can expect from me

After our first session, I hope you feel like it was not as scary as you thought it may be. I hope you think to yourself, "Why have I not done that sooner?" Therapy can be a lot of things. It can be uplifting, affirming, and honestly, sometimes- awkward. Whether you have been through therapy before or this is your first time, I want you to feel like it works. I want you and I to get to a point where you fire me- tell me "I think I actually got it, I'm good."
