Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for 30 years and specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, not just from major life events, but also from those which are not normally recognized. I often ask clients to read articles or complete worksheets to maximize their therapy experience. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community and have been on the AFFA counselor list for many years. I also offer techniques to deal w/anxiety, depression and self-harm behaviors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a hands-on approach and offer techniques to reduce triggers, enhance problem-solving and coping skills, and deal with depression and anxiety. We can also work on communication skills and anger management through practical applications.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help clients lead happier lives and deal with challenges in a positive, affirming way.
