Great to meet you!

I am proudly a retired Army veteran and serve my military community. I have two undergraduate degrees in theology, two graduate degrees in community care counseling, as a mental health counselor, and as a fully licensed therapist in the state of NC. I have a postgraduate degree in education and trauma. I am an ordained Elder, and biblical principles matter; I am a single mother and understand the need to be validated.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is to offer hope and skills to help you manage depression, stress, anxiety, and many other mental health disorders. I strive to help you obtain optimal mental wellness!

Furthermore, as necessary, we provide and implement faith-based practices and other evidence-based practices, all while advocating for your specific needs and care.
