Great to meet you!

As a compassionate therapist, I can help you increase your resilience skills to thrive, connect, and improve your health and wellbeing. I am honored to have partnered with wonderful people for over 30 years. My clients reduce depression and anxiety symptoms, improve relationships, restore functioning, and address many holistic health concerns. If you have been stressed, not reaching your full potential, dealing with change, or wanting more from life, then contact me and schedule an appointment.

My approach to therapy

I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to develop a healthier mindset. I utilize the following theoretical approaches: mindfulness therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy

What you can expect from me

Life is a learning curve that challenges everyone’s resilience at some point. People are designed to connect and not go it alone, especially during steep learning curves. Connecting with someone who will listen, teach skills, motivate, offer resources, and provide time and safe space for you to create the best plan of action to regain your momentum and bounce back to being your best is what therapy can do for you.
