Great to meet you!
I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to understand what makes us human—what drives us, what holds us back, what brings us peace, and how we heal. That deep curiosity is what led me to the field of mental health, and it’s what continues to inspire my work every single day.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings—community mental health clinics, hospital medical units, psychiatric wards, health insurance companies, and even the prison system. Each of these experiences gave me a deeper understanding of the many ways people struggle, survive, and grow.
