Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist who works primarily with adolescents and adults. I am passionate about helping clients feel more emotionally supported, understood, and equipped to handle everyday challenges. My work often focuses on anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem, family dynamics, and helping clients feel more connected to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and supportive while also being honest and practical. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being themselves, openly expressing emotions, and exploring challenges without fear of judgment.

I believe therapy should not only provide emotional support, but also help clients better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

I value authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and meeting clients where they are. I adapt my approach based on each client’s individual needs, personality, and goals, while focusing on creating a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. During the first session, my goal is to get to know the client, better understand what has been bringing them to therapy, and begin identifying areas they would like support with or changes they hope to make.

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, so I focus on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine rather than overly formal or intimidating. Together, we’ll begin exploring goals, challenges, patterns, and strengths while building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and authenticity.
