Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW–Clinical) with experience helping adults navigate substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel understood while also being challenged to grow. I worked on substance abuse setting for 2 years and 6 years in private practice.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and thoughts that may be keeping you feeling stuck while building practical tools for lasting change. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while creating meaningful, sustainable growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any experiences that may be shaping what you're going through today. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that feels personalized and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
