Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who works from a somatic and relational lens, helping clients better understand the connection between their mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, people-pleasing, relationship stress, or feeling constantly “on edge.” Together, we focus on building awareness, increasing nervous system regulation, and creating more capacity to navigate life with greater ease.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, somatic, and collaborative. I believe the therapeutic relationship is of utmost important and seek to be a safe, non-judgmental person who listens well. Somatic therapy has changed my life personally, and so I’m a very passionate about holding this space for clients to exhale. I love helping clients better understand how stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationships impact both the mind and body.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, you can expect curiosity for your experience, care, and being heard. I’m an excellent listener and clients tend to appreciate that I remember the details about their lives.

The first session entails getting an idea of what brings you in, some background history, and things that you’d like to work on in therapy together.

Sessions with me are a space to slow down, feel more present, and better understand what’s happening inside of you without having to push through or become overwhelmed. As you talk through experiences or what’s been waiting on you, I’ll gently pause you to help you notice patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses while building practical tools for feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.
