Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Maryland, I offer telehealth appointments to clients across the state. I completed my psychiatric NP training in 2025 and bring fresh, evidence-based knowledge to every session. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or PTSD, I am here to meet you where you are and work with you toward a life that feels more manageable. I believe every person deserves a clinician who takes the time to truly understand their story. My goal is to provide attentive, thoughtful psychiatric care that supports your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in curiosity and genuine connection. I take time to understand your unique history, goals, and what you need most from treatment. Together, we will identify a path forward that feels both realistic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect a relaxed conversation where I ask questions to better understand you and what brings you in. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end, we will have a clearer picture of your goals and a plan for how to move forward together.
