Great to meet you!

My priority is delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that’s tailored to each person I work with. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and explain things clearly because informed patients make empowered decisions about their health. Patients can expect professionalism, respect, and a commitment to their well-being at every step. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and cared for.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe in treating each individual with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand not just their symptoms, but their personal goals, lifestyle, and concerns. I focus on building trusting relationships, where open communication is encouraged and patients feel safe to ask questions, express fears, or share preferences. I also value collaboration thus not only with my patients, but with other members of the care team—to ensure continuity, consistency, and the best possible outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, informed, and supported. Whether we’re addressing a specific concern or managing long-term health goals, I aim to provide clarity, direction, and reassurance every step of the way.
