Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves to have a trusted support or guide along life’s journey––counseling can be a place to find just that. Counseling can be like a cool drink of water in a desert oasis, helping you rejuvenate and find rest for your soul, while you’re working towards where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I am clinically trained in dream analysis, attachment issues, trauma recovery, cultural/spiritual issues, and couples therapy through the Gottman Institute of Seattle.

What you can expect from me

On Day 1, I will ask you some questions about what's bringing you into counseling and what you hope to gain from the process, but mostly I will be attending to your story, getting to know you a bit. Pacing is important, I encourage clients not to trauma-dump on Day 1. It's important we build foundational trust and effective self-regulating skills before taking the deep dive.
