Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with an extensive background in education and pastoral support. I support individuals, couples, families, groups and congregations in managing or adapting to loss, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, unemployment/underemployment and crises of faith.

My approach to therapy

I would describe my counseling approach as Adlerian. Which is a fancy way to say, "that you're more than the situation that brings you to counseling. You are also your past experiences, your family and your community, as well as your hopes, dreams or prayers for the future".

What you can expect from me

I want each individual I meet in counseling to live their lives with intention. Making empowered choices (not perfect choices) about their lives, the quality of their lives, as well as how they envision themselves in the future.
