Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated by patterns they can't seem to break. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, or painful experiences that continue to affect your daily life. Even when you understand what's happening, it can feel difficult to create meaningful change on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, family challenges, depression, OCD, stress, men's issues, relationship concerns, and grief and loss. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand the experiences that may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we'll work toward building greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and practical skills that help you move through life with more confidence, intention, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula. I believe meaningful change happens when we develop a deeper understanding of ourselves while learning new ways to respond to life's challenges. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Together, we'll identify the obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, OCD, depression, anger, or relationship concerns, therapy is designed to help you respond to challenges in ways that feel more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, open-minded, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and grounded in your real-life experiences, not forced into a rigid framework. Together, we'll explore the patterns and obstacles that may be preventing you from creating the life you want while building skills that promote emotional flexibility and resilience. My goal is to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your ability to navigate difficult emotions, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. I strive to help you leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to face life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
