Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Bernice, a Chicago native who has been practicing and working in healthcare since 1999. I work with toddlers, children, teens, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supporte

My approach to therapy

I provide medication management and use cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will build practical tools that fit your life and support your overall well-being. I believe treatment works best when we collaborate and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first sessions, we'll talk about what brings you in, your history, and what you hope to change or better understand. I'll listen carefully, answer your questions, and work with you to create a thoughtful treatment plan. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session.
