Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be a partnership where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences while gaining tools and insights that support lasting growth and healing.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I am committed to helping you build resilience, improve your well-being, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing and personal growth

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. My role is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, helping individuals identify challenges, build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful personal goals. I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that promote lasting change while recognizing the impact of family dynamics, culture, relationships, life experiences, and environmental factors on mental health.

Drawing from my experience in outpatient, inpatient, school-based, and community settings, I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and other mental health difficulties. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to empower clients to build on their strengths, increase self-awareness, and create positive changes that improve their overall quality of life.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period or working toward long-term personal growth, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence, hope, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while creating a safe space for open and honest conversation.

We will talk about your current concerns, personal history, emotional experiences, relationships, strengths, and goals for therapy. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and discuss any past experiences you may have had with counseling or mental health treatment.

I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming or uncomfortable at first, so I strive to move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will begin identifying challenges, exploring patterns, and developing a plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we work together to build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and support your emotional well-being and personal growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful throughout the therapeutic process.
