I take pride in listening to people’s stories and learning who they are as an individual and feel honored to help my clients overcome barriers to become their most authentic and unique selves. I employ a strengths-based, culturally competent, person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed, collaborative approach.

My goal is to develop a trusting relationship with clients so that clients can actively participate in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan that fits their needs.
