Great to meet you!

17 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. I value creating a partnership with clients to create a secure and courageous space for clients to share and explore their life experiences in a judgement free setting.

My approach to therapy

Most sessions are Strength-Based but the type of therapy is based on the needs of the client. We accept therapy is not a linear process. Clients can be expected to be acknowledged, challenged, and empowered.
