Great to meet you!

I’m originally from Queens, NY and obtained my MS in Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in diverse clinical settings across DC, MD and VA and enjoy working with a diverse population. I help adults of all ages identify their strengths, gain insight into patterns no longer serving them and redefine their experiences to support growth and meaningful change. Treatment areas include adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and PTSD

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma-informed and strength based. I believe symptoms develop as a response to difficult experiences and healing involves relating to them with compassion rather than judgement.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions we focus on building a safe collaborative relationship and clarifying your goals for therapy. I take time to understand your history and current challenges.
