Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. I've been practicing as a Trauma Therapist for the last 6 years and am the owner of Abundant Light Counseling. I graduated with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and an Associates Degree. I also have 14+ years of experience in the mental health realm outside of counseling.
I'm trained in advanced trauma healing modalities such as EMDR and ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and integrate holistic and somatic-based practices. I'm also trained in Energy Healing and identify as an Intuitive/Spiritual Therapist. I implement intuitive modalities during session and share channeled guidance when deemed therapeutically appropriate and necessary. I'm a therapist that believes in staying up to date with the latest research and also think outside the box.
Client typically report being able to work through and shed layers of trauma/negative belief systems that were previously keeping them stuck in life. Clients also typically report a change in perspective and ultimately feel uplifted and empowered in their lives.
