When anxiety, trauma, addiction, or painful life experiences begin affecting your relationships and sense of self, it can feel exhausting trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, women's issues, and PTSD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or carrying experiences they have never fully processed.
