Great to meet you!

When anxiety, trauma, addiction, or painful life experiences begin affecting your relationships and sense of self, it can feel exhausting trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, women's issues, and PTSD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or carrying experiences they have never fully processed. Whether you're struggling with addiction, coping with trauma, managing difficult emotions, or trying to rebuild trust in yourself and others, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you better understand what is holding you back, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful change that supports a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should honor your unique experiences while creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up authentically. My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients develop practical tools while gaining deeper insight into the patterns that shape their lives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support meaningful healing and growth. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, substance use recovery, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship challenges, family concerns, stress management, anger management, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you process difficult experiences, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and genuine environment where you feel seen, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I bring authenticity, humor, and compassion into our work together while creating a space where you can openly explore challenges without fear of judgment. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased self awareness, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating recovery, managing anxiety, or working through difficult experiences, my goal is to help you feel empowered to create the life and relationships you want with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.
