Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Beth. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 16 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in trauma and relationship recovery, including narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, betrayal trauma, difficult relationship patterns, and rebuilding trust in yourself. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can truly be yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected to your therapist. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist—I tailor our work to you, using approaches such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, experiential techniques, and creative exercises. Together, we’ll look at patterns, relationships, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own voice, trust yourself, and create a life that feels more like yours.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what feels most difficult right now, some of the experiences that have shaped you, and what you hope will be different. You won’t be expected to tell your entire story in one session, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
