Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy

Beth perceives the human mind as having an unparalleled capacity for growth and change, especially as more is learned about one’s internal dialogue, how it reflects it’s unique brilliance and wonderment but also difficult stumbling blocks which can stifle ambitions and aspirations.

Beth utilizes a variety of modalities, including psychodynamically informed CBT , DBT, Existential , and Interpersonal theories and interventions to address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and, problem solving in all realms.

What you can expect from me

Beth brings a calm, excitement to her work, an awareness of what therapist and client can synergistically accomplish together to meet your goals for growth, well-being, healing, and empowerment.
