Beth received her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013 from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN. Beth uses a systemic approach. Beth meets clients where they are and uses various approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solutions Focused, Narrative, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Beth believes meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She strives to build a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, empathy, and respect, creating a space where clients feel heard and understood. Beth’s approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based practices such as, CBT, TFCBT and EMDR while tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs.
