Great to meet you!

At times in life, it can feel like we lose connection with ourselves while managing expectations, responsibilities, people-pleasing, or simply trying to get through the day. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, or a sense of being stuck and unsure what needs to change.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself—your values, needs, and internal sense of direction. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned.

I believe people have an inner wisdom that can become harder to access during stressful or overwhelming seasons of life. Symptoms like anxiety and depression are often signals that something important needs attention or change. In our work together, we explore what your mind and body may be communicating and what shifts could support greater clarity and stability.

My approach to therapy

I have a diverse clinical background working with concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and religious or spiritual trauma. I am especially passionate about working with adult women, neurodivergent individuals, and parents seeking support, clarity, and practical guidance.

My style is warm, collaborative, and encouraging, with space for humor and real human connection when appropriate. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and safe enough to be fully yourself.

I take an integrative approach tailored to each person, drawing from mindfulness-based CBT, DBT skills, schema therapy, person-centered therapy, polyvagal-informed work, and existential approaches.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We’ll collaborate to identify your goals and what you hope to gain from the process—whether that’s greater clarity, relief from symptoms, improved relationships, or a stronger sense of self.

We’ll also talk about relevant background information, including current stressors and early life or family experiences that may be shaping your present patterns.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you can begin to feel understood, clarify what you need, and start identifying meaningful directions for change. Therapy is an active, collaborative process, and we will work together to figure out what feels most helpful for you.
