Great to meet you!

I partner with clients to develop practical coping skills, enhance communication, establish healthy boundaries, and rediscover a sense of self-worth. Together, we can address life challenges, family and relationship struggles, or the impact of mental health and substance use concerns. My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what to do — it’s to support you in defining your own goals and creating a path toward the life you want. You are the expert on your own story; I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, strategies, and encouragement as you navigate the rough terrain and celebrate the victories.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, collaborative space where your goals guide the process. With expertise in CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help individuals, couples, and families develop coping skills, enhance communication, establish boundaries, and boost self-worth to foster lasting growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

When we meet the first time, I will give you time to ask any questions you might have for me or about the process. I will gather background information from you and learn more about what brings you to therapy. Together, we will develop a plan to move forward, helping you reach your goals and feel better.
