Great to meet you!

Navigating the transition from adolescence to adulthood can be overwhelming, especially during significant life changes like entering college, starting a career, or living independently for the first time. I specialize in helping individuals ages 18-25 manage the stress, anxiety, and depression that often accompany these pivotal moments.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe therapy should be tailored to fit your individual needs. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. We’ll work together to help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression in a way that feels meaningful to you. Using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I’ll provide both support and practical tools to help you create real change. Our work will be built on open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to your growth.

What you can expect from me

With 15 years of experience as a teacher, high school counselor, and summer camp director, I’ve gained valuable insights into the struggles young adults face. Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and respected. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Through our work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts and behaviors, build resilience, and create meaningful, achievable goals for personal growth. Sessions are structured to be productive and solution-focused, ensuring that you leave with actionable steps to apply in your daily life.
