Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA, NJ, and DE and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity development, and life transitions, including people living with ADHD and those on the autism spectrum. I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients, artists and creatives, students, and professionals in helping and medical fields. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and affirming of diverse identities and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate talk therapy with expressive and experiential methods, including art-based approaches when helpful. I focus on understanding how trauma, neurodivergence, identity, and life experiences shape current patterns, and I support clients in building emotional regulation, insight, boundaries, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to change or better understand. I also gather relevant history and begin identifying patterns and goals together. The session is a space to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
