Great to meet you!

My name is Bethany and I would love to be part of your mental health journey. My background began working in hospitals and Emergency Departments. For the last 5 years, I have been practicing as a short term, mental health provider at a primary care clinic. I enjoy working with people in all stages of their life, including young children starting at the age of 6 years old and beyond.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every individual has a unique story and deserves to be seen and heard. Each person’s needs are different and therefore will receive an approach to care that is individualized for them. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I always allow someone to share their “why” for scheduling their appointment, right away. We will work together on setting your therapy goals and what you envision each session to be like. I am very easy to talk to, I will never push you to speak about anything you’re not ready share.
