Great to meet you!

I love what I do and have been in the field for over 30 years. I have worked in the field of both substance use disorders and mental health. I enjoy educating clients and their families and helping to identify coping skills that work

My approach to therapy

I stay present with my clients in an open and non-judge mental way. I am empathic, believe my clients are doing the best that they can and that they can have relief from their symptoms. I use CBT and DBT through out therapy

What you can expect from me

I will ask you, “why now?” to get a greater understanding of what you are needing in this moment. We will get to know each other to make sure it’s a good fit and begin to develop a plan for treatment
