Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families, I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be—especially after trauma. If your child, teen, or family has been through something overwhelming like abuse, loss, violence, medical trauma, or a major life change, you might be seeing shifts that feel confusing or scary. Even day-to-day life can start to feel like too much. My goal is to help you and/or your child build tools to handle whatever comes your way, and leave each session feeling more hopeful and confident.

My approach to therapy

I use trauma-informed approaches tailored to each person I work with. Depending on your child’s needs, this might include play therapy, creative and expressive techniques, narrative therapy, and evidence-based care like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, I focus on creating a space where you and/or your child feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I’ll check in with you regularly so you’re not left guessing about progress, and we’ll make decisions together every step of the way. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help you, your child, or your teen, I’d be honored to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.
