Great to meet you!

If you recently lost a loved one through death or a traumatic breakup, you are likely in the grieving process. You may be overwhelmed by waves of emotion or feel like the rug has been pulled from beneath your feet and you have not yet found solid ground. Traumatic loss abruptly changes everything. Your world will never be the same as it was, but you can find a new way forward. I specialize in helping courageous people process deep emotions and get through grief while finding purpose in life.

Healing from loss takes time and deep emotional work. Over the past 8 years as a Hospice social worker and Bereavement therapist, I’ve witnessed healing from grief complicated by conflicted relationships, medical trauma and underlying mental health challenges. Often, we get stuck in circular thoughts that produce feelings of guilt or regret as we replay scenes wishing we could go back in time. Together we can work through places where you may be stuck and unlock compassion and growth. If you are looking for a counselor who can provide you support, education, resources and unconditional positive regard, please reach out to me. You do not have to go through this alone.
