Great to meet you!

If you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, or depression, you’ve found a warm and steady place to start. I’m a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and mindfulness has been a deeply important part of my own life and my work for nearly 30 years. Over the years, I’ve completed intensive meditation training in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the United States, experiences that have profoundly shaped how I understand healing, presence, and the connection between mind and body. I’d be honored to bring all of that to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with learning to notice what’s happening inside us with compassion instead of judgment. Together, we’ll gently blend mindfulness and body awareness with proven approaches to help you understand yourself more deeply, process difficult experiences, and feel more grounded and present in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. In our first session, I’ll learn your history and what’s affecting you today, then help you slow down and notice your thoughts, emotions, and body, so you can respond rather than react. Clients describe me as calm, grounded, and deeply present. I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
