My approach to therapy
I have a calm and nonjudgmental demeanor that makes it easy for people to open up to me. I use a mixture of CBT, DBT, AIR, and IFS therapy styles.

I meet the person where they are in the process of change. The client will set the pace and will have complete control over what we work on. The goal is to help someone gain access to their most authentic self again.
