Great to meet you!

Building your own mental health practice takes time, and so does finding the right provider. I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Maryland, and I bring years of outpatient experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I chose to open my own practice because I wanted to offer something more personal: care on your terms, at a pace that works for both of us. I am accepting a small number of new clients, which means you can expect consistent attention and a provider who is genuinely invested in your progress.

My approach to therapy

I show up to every session curious and ready to listen. My goal is not to have all the answers but to help you find yours. I take your pace seriously, and the best outcomes happen when we work together as partners. You will always feel heard and never rushed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I want to learn what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what feeling better looks like for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will take our time, and by the end you will have a clearer sense of how we might work together.
