Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? You don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10+ years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and grief. I also have experience supporting military veterans and individuals navigating cultural and identity concerns.

My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, helping you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

If you’re ready to start therapy, I’m here to provide a supportive space where you can feel heard and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, helping you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from a range of approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), allowing us to find what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or nervous. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll also ask some questions about your background to better understand your experiences and how I can best support you.

This session is a space for you to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end, we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels right for you and discuss next steps moving forward.
