Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked in a private practice for over 25 years. In addition, I have a Ph.D. in counseling, and further education and experience in art therapy, addictions, EMDR, and clinical supervision. My background includes providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a process in which you may clarify how you feel, and how to get more satisfaction from your life. When having difficulty with anxiety, depression, or general dissatisfaction with our lives, therapy can be helpful in examining changes to make and how to do so.

My therapeutic approach varies according to clients’ goals. I work collaboratively with clients, using an integrated approach including client-centered, CBT, expressive therapy.

What you can expect from me

You will be able to get a sense of how we may work together on your issues and goals, and the direction the therapy process may take.
