Great to meet you!

My name is Beverly, and I am a professional social worker with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and families. My work has spanned a variety of settings, with extensive experience helping people navigate substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression.

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step toward growth and healing. I honor the courage it takes to reach out, and I am committed to providing a supportive, grounded space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates motivational interviewing and cognitive‐behavioral therapy to support clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive thought patterns. This evidence‐based, collaborative method equips individuals with practical skills to regulate emotions and improve behavioral outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to change or understand. It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous—our work will move at a comfortable pace, and I’ll guide you through each step. Together, we’ll begin shaping a treatment plan and setting meaningful goals to support your growth.
