Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, trauma, OCD, and other emotional challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate life’s challenges. I use evidence-based approaches to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to invest in yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your everyday life

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and mindfulness to help you manage life’s challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build lasting resilience. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your growth and helps you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, explore your personal history, and identify the goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable sharing at your own pace.
