Great to meet you!

My work centers on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, integrating modalities like CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore all parts of themselves, including identity, relationships, and personal growth. I work best with clients who are open to reflection and committed to doing the work both in and outside of session.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on helping you make real, lasting changes in your life. I pull from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, but I tailor things to you instead of following a rigid structure. We’ll spend time understanding your patterns, building practical coping skills, and figuring out what’s been keeping you stuck, while also pushing toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we start getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you want to shift or improve. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history, current concerns, and any goals you may already have, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We’ll begin identifying patterns and priorities, and I’ll offer initial feedback or tools if it feels helpful. Together, we’ll also talk about what you want therapy to look like and set a direction that feels realistic and aligned with you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded than when you came in.
