My approach to therapy

I believe patients should be active participants in their mental health care. I believe in a collaborative partnership between patient and doctor, where together we will choose the best treatment plan for you. There is no "one-size-fits-all" here. Your treatment plan will be custom tailored to you, and will continue to be customized as care continues. I encourage patients to ask questions, raise concerns, and openly discuss their options with me. I look forward to taking this journey with you!

What you can expect from me

After a session with me I hope you would feel empowered that you are an active part of your treatment team. We will work together to formulate your treatment plan, and you will have plenty opportunity to ask questions so you feel comfortable with the treatment decisions being made. We will openly have the risks vs benefits conversation so you will know why we are doing what we are doing.
