Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of extensive experience, specializing in individual therapy for (children, adolescents, teenagers and adults).

I assist individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including behavioral issues, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, past and present traumas, and life transitions. I believe that you are the foremost expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on creating a warm and supportive atmosphere for my clients, employing a collaborative and holistic approach. This includes techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness exercises.

What you can expect from me

After our sessions, I believe you, as my client, have gained a more profound insight into your internal thoughts and emotions, acknowledging how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions.

I will assist you in examining your options and reactions to persistent stressors that affect your quality of life. Additionally, we will work on establishing sustainable coping mechanisms for stress, identifying unhelpful thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that hinder your overall functioning, as well as recognizing your needs, setting appropriate boundaries, and communicating assertively.
