Great to meet you!

Life brings so much stress, worry, sadness, and pressure that can make it feel difficult to manage on your own. As a therapist, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in the room, so I strive to provide a supportive, judgement free space to express yourself and work toward feeling more like yourself again.

I have experience working with adults navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, anger management, and performance anxiety.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I take a holistic perspective, with the belief that your mental, physical, emotional, and overall well-being are connected. I use a warm, collaborative approach to therapy drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they may be affecting different areas of your life.

Together, we can explore patterns connected to your anxiety, emotional difficulties, relationship stress, or performance pressure and work toward healthier ways of responding.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing something that is “wrong” with you. It can be an opportunity to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create a healthier relationship with performance, emotions, and the people around you.

If you’re ready to explore what’s been weighing on you, I’d be happy to help.
