Great to meet you!

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to meet you where you are and help you move toward your goals.

I’m married, a mom of five, and have an energetic Australian Shepherd — so I understand the importance of balance, patience, and giving ourselves grace along the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, affirming, and empowering approach to therapy, helping clients recognize their strengths and take their power into their own hands. I draw on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and reframing, along with psychological education, to support meaningful change. My focus is on meeting each client where they are and tailoring strategies to their unique goals and challenges

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly. Together, we’ll explore what you hope to achieve in therapy and begin identifying practical steps and strategies to support positive change. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for their work together.
