Welcome! I'm Blessing, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 8 years of experience in mental health. I have experience working in various areas of psychiatry, including inpatient, outpatient and residential treatment. My areas of expertise are mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, sleep issue and co-occurrings. I provide complete psychiatric evaluations, including diagnoses , a goal-oriented treatment plan and medication management

For those who desire faith-based therapy, I incorporate Christian values into our visits, including prayer and biblical truths. Although patients may have severe symptoms and interpersonal issues, I believe we are resilient and capable. I take an approach that focuses on your strengths and resources rather than your weaknesses or difficulties.
